1. Overview & Service Description
ViralBoard operates a daily, real-time public attention marketplace allowing founders and creators to showcase internet products, compete for public rank, and receive verified traffic impressions and clicks.
2. Bidding & Attention Allocation
All bids placed on ViralBoard are for dynamic placement within the daily 24-hour attention cycle. Ranks are determined deterministically based on cumulative valid bids and tie-broken by time priority.
3. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
4. Prohibited Content & Listing Guidelines
Submissions must comply with all applicable laws. Illegal products, malware, phishing, fraudulent offers, deceptive scams, or hate speech are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate removal without notice.
