1. Nature of Real-Time Attention Auctions

ViralBoard provides real-time digital advertising visibility and live traffic delivery. Once a bid is placed and processed, visibility, impressions, and leaderboard rank are allocated immediately in real time.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We issue full refunds under the following conditions:

• A technical glitch prevented your product from appearing on the live board despite payment success.
• Duplicate or unauthorized accidental charges.
• A submission was rejected during trust & safety moderation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 days of transaction at support@viralboard.lol with your transaction ID or Paddle receipt. All refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
